Anyone can build the demo.
We build what runs after.
Hashlogics automates the work your team shouldn’t be doing. Senior engineers build AI agents, voice assistants, workflows and custom software for startups and enterprises, then keep them running long after launch. Rated 5.0 on Clutch · first 2 months of support free.
Your call gets scheduled within 24 hours, with a senior engineer, not a sales rep.

What makes automation reliable in production.
Launching was never the hard part. MIT’s 2025 State of AI in Businessreport found 95% of enterprise AI pilots show no measurable impact. The idea is rarely the problem. The five parts below are.
Every line above is written into the scope. In plain terms: we build it so it works, keeps working, and someone notices the moment it doesn’t.
We build complete platforms, not a menu of services.
From a first MVP to an enterprise platform, every real product mixes AI, web, mobile and a backend that holds. We build whichever parts yours needs, usually most of them, and keep them running. A real MVP is minimal in scope, not in quality.

“They will treat your vision like their own and build it that way.”

“Are you looking for a team that can execute your vision at the highest level? I was in that exact place. I had a vision, but I needed a team that could understand it, and expand it, and bring it to life the right way. That’s where Hashlogics came in.”
“First, they listened — and fully understood what I was building. Then they expanded it: they saw what I didn’t, and made the vision even stronger. And then they executed — fast, detailed, clear communication the entire way.”
“What stands out most is their ownership of other people’s dreams. They will treat your vision like their own and build it that way. If you’re serious about building something and you want it done right, the Hashlogics team is the one you can trust.”
Price, scope and support — in writing before the build starts.
The estimate
After the first calls, you get a written estimate: fixed price or hourly, your choice. Those calls are free. If we need to go into an existing codebase to answer the question properly, that is a paid two-week diagnostic, quoted up front.
The price holds
A fixed price covers the agreed scope and does not move. If we underestimated the effort, that is our cost, not yours.
Scope changes, in writing
Small changes along the way are on us. Bigger ones get their own written quote before any work starts. No surprises on the invoice.
After launch
The first 2 months of support and maintenance are free, with every build. Then: an SLA (guaranteed response times), monitoring and quarterly improvements, or a documented handover to your team.
NDA first
Every conversation starts under NDA. Your idea is yours before, during and after.
References on request
We will connect you with a past client on a call. Ask them anything.
Done is defined
The estimate defines "done" in writing. The build ends when the checklist does, not when the budget does.
Where we’re honest about the trade-offs
We are not the cheapest bid: the price buys senior engineers, automatic quality checks and a system that holds up in production. If you need 20 contractors by Monday or the lowest hourly rate, we’re the wrong firm, and we’ll tell you on the call.
Diagnose, build, run — yours at every step.

Questions buyers ask before they book.
What is Hashlogics?
Hashlogics is a software agency that builds production-grade AI systems (agents, RAG, intelligent automation) and custom software for enterprises and startups. Senior engineers build every project to a defined production standard: automatic quality checks (evals), monitoring, and audit-ready documentation. We maintain what we build after launch.
How much does custom AI development cost?
Three drivers set the cost of custom AI: scope, the systems it must integrate with, and compliance requirements. A few scoping calls turn your idea into a written estimate, fixed price or hourly, your choice. A fixed price holds for the agreed scope; hourly work runs on tracked, auditable hours with estimates approved up front. We are not the cheapest bid: the price buys senior engineers and production quality.
Why do most AI pilots fail?
Most AI pilots fail because they were never engineered for production: no automatic quality tests (evals), no monitoring, and no plan for the people who must use them. MIT’s 2025 State of AI in Business report found 95% of enterprise GenAI pilots show no measurable P&L impact. We build the evals, the monitoring and the adoption plan into the scope from day one.
How fast can you ship?
It depends on the scope, and any firm quoting a range before seeing your problem is guessing. What we commit to is a date in the written estimate. The date we state is the date we hit. Delivery stays predictable because the same senior pod runs your project end to end, with working software demoed weekly. You know your timeline and price before you commit.
Do you maintain the software after launch?
Yes, and the first 2 months are free with every build. After that we maintain what we build under SLA: response times, monitoring of cost, latency and accuracy, and quarterly improvement reviews. If you would rather run it in-house, we hand over full documentation and train your team. You own the code, models and data in both cases.
Do I own the software Hashlogics builds for me?
Yes, completely. You own the source code, the models, the data and all intellectual property from day one. No licensing fees, no platform charges, no lock-in. After handover, everything is yours to host, modify and scale on your terms.
How is Hashlogics different from a traditional software agency?
Three differences, all in writing. First, every build meets a defined production standard (automatic quality checks, monitoring, audit-ready docs) instead of shipping as a demo. Second, the same senior engineers stay on your project end to end, not a rotating bench. Third, we maintain the system after launch under SLA, instead of disappearing at handover. On fixed-price builds, the number is set in a written estimate and holds for the agreed scope.
Can AI automation work with our existing systems?
Yes. We integrate with what you already run: ERPs, CRMs, accounting software, field tools and custom databases, using APIs and middleware rather than replacing what works. The goal is to automate around your current setup, not force you onto a new platform.
How do I know what is happening during the build?
You watch it happen. A named pod lead runs your project, working software is demoed every week, and you get access to the same board and repo we use, from day one. We keep overlap hours with US and EU time zones, so questions get answered the same day, not the next.
Do you use AI to write the code?
Yes. Senior engineers use AI to build faster, and every line passes the same review, automatic quality checks and QA gates as hand-written code. You get the speed without the mess: maintainable code your future in-house team can read, and you own all of it.
What happens on the 45-minute intro call?
We learn what you are trying to solve and what systems you run today, then outline a practical approach and what we would build first. After the call you get the estimate in writing. A senior engineer is on the call. No obligation, no pitch. If we are not the right firm for it, we say so.
